Refund Policy

Welcome to Active Life Fitness! This Refund Policy applies to both our In-Person and Online Coaching services. Please review this policy to understand your options regarding cancellations and refunds.

In-Person Coaching

  • Session Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Missed appointments are non-refundable unless rescheduled with adequate notice.

    • Rescheduling Exceptions: In cases of unavoidable emergencies, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion, with no additional charges.

  • Program Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your in-person coaching program entirely:

    • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be granted on a prorated basis for unused sessions, provided that the cancellation request is made at least 72 hours before the start of the upcoming scheduled session.

    • Prorated Refund: Any eligible refund will reflect only the unused sessions remaining in the package.

Online Coaching

  • Subscription Payments: Once access to digital resources has been granted, payments for online coaching are non-refundable.

    • Future Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription for future periods at any time, with no penalties. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

    • No Refunds for Accessed Content: Since access to online coaching resources is provided immediately upon payment, refunds are not available for months already started.

Special Notes

  • Unused Sessions: For in-person coaching, unused sessions may not be carried over beyond the end of the package duration unless previously arranged.

  • Additional Fees: In-Person coaching with Active Life Fitness includes all required gym access fees, so no additional fees apply.
